HOW IT WORKS

ONE-TO-ONE MENTORING

→ Matches caring adult mentors with youth (ages 7+) based on shared interests, background, and goals.

→ Meets 2-4 times per month (minimum of 4 hours per month) in the community for fun, engaging, and impactful experiences. We encourage keeping things low to no cost. 

FLEXIBLE, PERSONALIZED MENTORSHIP

→ Bigs and Littles choose activities together based on shared interests—sports, arts, college visits, career exploration, or simply hanging out!

→ Supports youth development in academic, social, and emotional growth.

MAKING A LIFELONG DIFFERENCE

→ Youth in the program see improved self-confidence, stronger relationships, and greater success in school and life.

→ Mentors make a lasting impact by being a trusted guide and advocate for their mentee.

SAFE & SUPPORTIVE EXPERIENCE
