What’s the Job?
- Manage and coordinate one-to one mentoring relationships in both Community-Based and School-Based Facilitated Programs.
- Conduct interviews and write quality assessments and case notes. Must be detailed, efficient and timely in completing the entire intake and matching process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to matches and facilitate a variety of group activities.
What’s Needed?
- 32-40 hours per week. Typical working hours are 8AM-4PM, M-F. Appointments and group activities will require occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
- Relevant youth-serving experience or a degree in a human service-related field or education . Experience working with children and adults from all walks of life.
- Must have a reliable car, driver’s license, safe driving record and meet state required automobile insurance minimums. Agency travel with your personal vehicle is required.
